Spray Foam Equipment
Spray foam’s unique in-field manufacturing process relies on a broad collection of equipment to produce a quality building material for homeowners and building owners.
From spray guns to respirators to trailers, continually advancing equipment has made the SPF industry what it is today.

When it comes to SPF equipment, you can’t
spray foam without it–and then there are
the days when you can’t spray with it, either.
For SFIRM’s first issue of 2013, we wanted
to have a special focus on the equipment
that facilitates spray foam and coating
applications. With the SPFA show taking
place roughly a month from publishing, we
wanted to highlight some of the equipment
and some of the exhibitors that will be at
the show.
We first cover the two most significant
pieces of equipment for SPF and coating
applications, the gun and the proportioner,
with PMC’s SP-1 and GH-40. Next, we see
how out of misfortune, Graco’s integrated
Reactor comes through in the clutch. Then,
mobility and versatility meet in SprayKraft’s
cold-spray pump. We round out our
equipment coverage with a mountainside
spray application facilitated by Spray Foam
System’s ProPak 300i spray rig.
Additionally, we take a look at some
crawlspace rehabilitations in the wake of
Hurricane Sandy; a unique, classification-defying spray foam application; a dual-component rubber roofing membrane; and
much more.
Thanks for reading, and keep spraying!
