There are times where we find ourselves driving around through areas of a town in which arrays of residential homes that have remained resilient through the ages stand as monuments of
the past. Sometimes they remain untouched; other times they get
demolished so that new, up-to-date structures can be constructed. But,
if inclination for retaining the aesthetics these old structures emanate
crosses the minds of those who invest in those properties, a retrofit
